If we service an OUTDOOR event, just know that there are chances for wind, melting, humidity etc…
We are NOT liable for any changes to the decor due to MOTHER NATURE.
If changes are made with venue location please advise 3 weeks prior to your event.
- 50% NONREFUNDABLE retainer fee is due at time of booking too secure your event.
- Remaining balance must be paid approximately 14 days prior too your event(NO EXCEPTIONS). If not paid or arrangements have not been made, booking is then cancelled. If your event is 7 days or less, the entire balance is due in full at time of booking too secure your date.
- The person who submits payments too Khris’lyns Kreations is the only person who can make changes unless that person identified another person in writing.
2-3 hours of setup time is REQUIRED depending on guest count.
Additional time may be needed depending on guest count and we will discuss and finalize that at time of booking.
All parties are broken down by our staff ONLY once your event has concluded.
The client is responsible if any of our items are missing and/or broken and will be held accountable for all damages occurred per our contract.
